THIS IS A PRE-ORDER: We expect this to ship on or around NOVEMBER 28th (previously September 12th, October 31st, NOVEMBER 14th), 2025. Any items that are ordered with this will be held until they can all ship together. If you need certain items faster please order them separately.

There are many new features regarding the English band Virgin Vampires (sister of Pink Panther Project) in this second album “Whores And Judaism“, the transition to the Rune Serpent Europa label and a strong change of style: every form of electronics has been abandoned for a “return” to classic gothic and “finally” Uela also has her vocal parts, alternating with the two male ones, in a complete and compact mix.

To underline the power of the album we find the featuring of Lisa Hammer of Requiem In White. The 11 songs crumble powerfully in a row one after the other, post-punk rhythms, razor-sharp guitars and a truly 80s atmosphere. Several hits “Caligulae Insanus Imperator” with Latin lyrics opens the crude dance with its powerful delirious pace. The catacomb dances continue with the two versions of Martyrdoms And Crucifixions I and II, which reveal the consistency of an album that is often blasphemous and with anti-Christian themes with the introduction: “She’s a whore and on the story of a whore they built an entire Religion”.

“At The Cemetery” tells of a party in a cemetery, a pogo piece, marked by a death bell, already present on some compilations and destined to become a real hit. “Are They Real Or just Me?” has a psychopathic text and a very British gait, almost reminiscent of Red Lorry Yellow Lorry. Also noteworthy are “Tibet” with text in Indian and “Beautiful” with Lisa Hammer, a song that was meant to be only instrumental, embellished by the powerful voice of the American singer, perfect in this part of the album. Also noteworthy is “Medusa” which remains faithful to the trademark of the album with a very powerful voice and a catchy chorus.

The album closes with “I Feel Dead Here“, almost Arabic, desert-like, with guitars and an atmosphere that recalls the best Rozz Williams and Christian Death. What can I say, for those who will have the chance to come across this album: it’s a sure hit! You can’t help but immediately notice its freshness, its aggressiveness and its maturity. There isn’t a single phase that is subdued or that doesn’t reflect the album in its total core, a milestone for the post-punk gothic genre of our times. A pleasant contemporary dive into the past.

Shipping, Returns & Cancellations

SHIPPING:

We ship Monday through Friday. Orders typically ship within 24-72 hours. Tracking is sent to the email you provide at check out and may take a few days to become active.

Any items ordered with Pre-Orders will be held until they can all ship together. If you need in stock items faster please order them seperately.

RETURNS:

Returns are only accepted on damaged or defective items. Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. Please save the original packaging.

If you own a Crosley, Victrola or any other lower end turntable that has no ability to adjust the weight of the tone arm and are experiencing skipping on a new record please try the "Penny Trick". Simply place a penny on the top of the cartidge and it should provide enough weight to resolve your issues. While a great entry to the world of vinyl we do recommend upgrading to a turntable with a tone arm that can be adjusted as this issue will randomly occur. We do not take returns in these cases.

Resellers: If you are buying from us for resale we honestly don't mind. However, please don't panic if something you bought suddenly isn't flipable for more money and then try to return stuff to us because you feel like you made a bad investment choice. Despite our outsized reputation we're a small shop, not amazon. Absorbing these costs adds up on places like ours. Plus a little patience always tends to pay off.

CANCELLATIONS:

Due to an increasing number of payment processors no longer returning transaction fees to sellers on cancelled orders and rising labor costs any orders or pre-orders that need to be cancelled before shipment will be assessed a 5% cancellation/restocking fee on the order total including shipping and any other taxes or fees associated with the order.

Thank you for your understanding.
