We are looking to fill these positions ASAP. We are currently hiring for two positions in our warehouse. Both positions are 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday each week. If you have applied before please resend your info just in case we don't have it on file. Pay depends on experience. Experience with Shopify, Shipstation and generally shipping/handling vinyl records is a huge plus and a compensation consideration.

RECEIVING SUPERVISOR:

Overseeing general warehouse operations and directing warehouse employees as needed for daily work and special projects. 

Working with owner when needed for special projects and procedure improvements.

Light employee scheduling.

Receiving products as they come in.

Directing and assisting with shipping and other warehouse projects as they come up. 

Monitoring warehouse supply levels and ordering as needed to maintain seamless operations.

General stock inventory management.

Communicating with the store about any stock issues either going to or coming from them for orders and up stocking. 

 

SHIPPING:

Processing orders from overnight & throughout the day via Shopify/Discogs and pulling needed stock from our warehouse to fulfill them.

Checking in inventory that arrives from our store to insure accuracy prior to shipping. 

Shipping orders we receive across any platform we sell on in a swift, accurate and professional manner in accordance with our standards.

Communicating with Receiving Supervisor about any items that are needed to fulfill orders that we may be out of stock on. 

Assisting with cleaning and organizing the warehouse in addition to keeping your work space tidy and stocked with all needed supplies on a daily basis.

Cross checking all unshipped orders in the system for any issues or shippable orders.

Attending to customer service issues as they arrive directly with customers via email and our chat in a courteous and professional manner.
