Now with their\u003cbr\u003etwelfth album, Silver Bleeds the Black Sun…, AFI are once again at the\u003cbr\u003estart of a bold new chapter, only this time they’ve even managed to surprise\u003cbr\u003ethemselves.\u003cbr\u003eHow does a band that’s known for creative upheaval still find ways to push\u003cbr\u003ethemselves out of their comfort zones? Typically the group would start an\u003cbr\u003ealbum by immediately throwing themselves into writing and simply letting\u003cbr\u003etheir intuitive musical shorthand guide the process, but for Silver Bleeds\u003cbr\u003ethe Black Sun… AFI set out to purposely change their creative approach all\u003cbr\u003etogether.
